Key responsibilities include overseeing distribution channels including Agency, Banks, Brokers, Direct Channel and Employer servicing team.  Former member of MPF Industry Schemes Committee, monitor the effectiveness of industry schemes and advise on ways to improve the administration and operation of the schemes in the interests of scheme members.
