- Lead our sourcing Team to manage these key depts: Toys / Seasonal products / Electronics / Home Appliances / Housewares .. etc. - Provide the sourcing & merchandising services to South Latin markets - Analysis of the annual volume plan & budget - Monitor to the sales performance, business growth & KPI results - Exposure more business opportunity & development plan

- Manage to Summer Toys / Bike / Swingset / Trampoline categories for Walmart US, Canada & UK - Take both Sourcing & Merchandising role responsibility from A - Z process until PO shipment delivery - Achieve our objectives / KPI by quarterly, such as Supplier evaluation, Factory audit, PO completion rate, Inspection & quality result, On-time delivery percentage, Total sales performance

- Responsible for Toys category, to serve multiple markets in Walmart US, Canada, UK, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, India ... etc. - Sourcing right products, identify quality supplier/manufacturer, coordinate to the buying trip preparation, packaging guideline, sample arrangement & finalization with order commitment. - Provide an alternative solution to the buyer & execution Team - Review P&L monthly reports
