* Marketing Planning: Assisting President to make the overall online marketing development strategy and plan to achieve the sales target. * Team Management:Being responsible team building, training and guiding. * Marketing Channel Development: develop and execute marketing channel building plan and maintain regular channel including SEO, SEM, AFF, EDM, SNS, BD and promotion activities, etc.

* Developing international market: researching the worldwide market of this field, finding the effective online promotion access to develop new customers, in charge of b2b platform (www.b2bfiberoptic.com, www.intcera.cn) * Following-up the customers: in charge from developing potential customers to tracing orders, shipping goods and following after-sale service, always being the top 2 sales in our department. * In charge of the company website and big exhibition at home and abroad: assisting update the database of company website and doing preparation of big exhibitions at home and abroad, representing the company to exhibit in US, Germany, Russia, etc. and visiting customers. * Translating technical documents (English/ Japanese): in charge of translation of technical documents for importing equipments and being oral translator for Japanese technical engineer.

* Marketing Management: Being responsible for the ecommerce marketing and sales for the company, making annual online marketing & sales group work plan, setting up annual budget and sales target, building and leading online marketing & sales team. * Marketing Channel Development: Making marketing channel development plan and doing the execution, maintaining regular channel work including SEO, Ads, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Media Relationship Development, Business Cooperation Development, Activity Promotion, etc. * Product Release Schedule Planning: Making products release and upgrade marketing schedule planning, setting up marketing promotion strategy and operating the product marketing promotion plan.

* Marketing Management: Assisting BU General Manager to set up marketing channel development strategy and profit model strategy; managing and monitoring channel budget and work progress. * Business Cooperation: Setting up the business development strategy and making implement proposal, digging more cooperation resources, developing and maintaining key resellers and realizing sales target of Business Cooperation section. * Affiliate Marketing: developing and maintaining Affiliate Marketing channel and realizing sales goal of Affiliate Marketing section. * Online Store Development: developing and maintaining online store and realize sales goal of Online Store business section. * Media Relationship and offline promotion: promoting company brand and product and expanding exposure through establishing online and offline media cooperation relationship. * Email Marketing: planning and implementing various kinds of email campaign to retain customers and optimizing content operation proposal according to the whole marketing strategy.

* Making marketing plan: making annual, seasonal and monthly marketing plan according to make sure the BU target sales goal achievement; being responsible for holding international holiday promotion activities. * Marketing work allocation and evaluation: being responsible for making new product release or upgrade marketing plan and analyzing performance; being responsible for drafting and auditing website contents, product promotion materials (PR, Newsletter, notice, etc.). * Developing business cooperation: in charge of developing and maintaining business cooperation relationship (including news, ads, review and promotion, etc.). * Coordinating internal and external work: being responsible for guiding work of marketing staffs and training new employees; participate regular meetings of BU departments, Designing Dept. and Marketing Center.
