Wolfgang Gomernik

I currently serve as CEO of DELTA Group, where I focus on business development, internationalization, and working with our teams across Central and Eastern Europe. I am proud CEO of DELTA Group Ukraine as well. DELTA is a company rooted in construction, architecture, and consulting. What matters most to me is not only what we build, but how we build it, together with clients, partners, and colleagues across different countries and cultures. My connection with Ukraine started in 2005. I arrived without speaking the language, without a network, and without a clear plan. I fulfilled my dream - starting from scratch. What followed was a journey shaped by learning, fun, and many people who trusted and supported me along the way. Over time, I was fortunate to grew from early roles in Ukraine to Managing Director and later partner of the DELTA Group, and today its CEO. Living and working in this region, especially through economic crises and challenging times, has shaped how I think about leadership: stay close to people, be honest about uncertainty, stay authentic, and focus on long-term relationships. And - never stop believing.
