🔹 2019–2023 | Factory Expansion (€4.5M / PLN 20M) – Led a strategic CAPEX investment increasing production and warehouse space by 2,300 m² (3,000 → 5,300 m²) through the construction of a 14-meter high-bay warehouse and a new production hall. The project was delivered without interrupting production, coordinating over a dozen contractors and completed 9% below budget, creating infrastructure ready for Industry 4.0 and future production capacity growth. 🔹 2021–2025 | ERP Implementation (60 users) – Managed the implementation of an integrated ERP ecosystem covering logistics, production, finance, HR, CRM, MES and WMS using Agile/Scrum methodology. Achieved 20% cost optimization, expanded the project scope and delivered 30 business objectives, including reducing the month-end closing process from 14 to 3 days. 🔹 2024–2025 | Public Funding & Grants – Secured 7 grants (PARP, ZUS, FG, EUIPO) with a total value of PLN 5.7M, representing 52% external funding, responsible for project definition, documentation, negotiations, compliance, project management and final settlement. 🔹 Custom MES & Visual Management System – Defined requirements and implemented a production monitoring system for 60 employees across 3 shifts, eliminating paper-based workflows. Reduced micro-downtime by 5.4 hours per day (1,430 hours annually) and enabled real-time KPI monitoring for production performance. 🔹 ADC / Warehouse Traceability – Implemented an Automatic Data Capture system compliant with ISO standards, reducing goods issue processing time by 2 hours per day (528 hours annually) and virtually eliminating operational errors. 🔹 Lean Management Implementation – Introduced a Lean Management approach using tools such as Kanban, 5S, TPM, SMED, SPC, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke and Visual Management, resulting in continuous production efficiency improvements of 10–20% year-over-year. 🔹 Production Performance & Incentive System – Designed and implemented a performance-based incentive system for production employees, defining KPIs for both shop-floor and functional production roles. Developed a MS Access database to collect operational data and transform it into actionable insights supporting daily production management.

Non-Profit Activity – Community Association Management 🔹 Operationally managed a residential community association (7 units), overseeing building administration, technical maintenance, and an annual budget of approx. PLN 14,000 (renovation fund and management costs), ensuring operational continuity and timely financial settlements. 🔹 Drafted 30 resolutions regulating the association’s operations and organized as well as chaired general owners’ meetings, improving decision-making processes and communication. 🔹 Selected and negotiated contractors for renovation works and technical inspections, supervising contract execution in terms of cost control and quality. Received annual discharge approval from property owners each year. 🔹 Maintained the building logbook in compliance with regulatory requirements.

🔹 Coordinated warehouse and transport operations in an FMCG environment, overseeing goods flow, inventory control, and on-time deliveries to regional retail stores (approx. 10 warehouse staff, 15 drivers, and 4 logistics specialists). 🔹 Planned and optimized transportation routes for the company’s own fleet, ensuring cost efficiency and delivery timeliness. 🔹 Proposed and implemented a KPI used for carrier compensation calculation. 🔹 Participated in a warehouse expansion project and WMS implementation, optimizing warehouse layout and improving material flow efficiency.

🔹 As the first person hired as an Export Specialist, I built the company’s international sales function from the ground up, acquiring the first clients in Greece and the Czech Republic while managing international transport coordination and full export documentation.

Internship – “Grasz o Staż” Program (organized by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)) 🔹 Selected through the nationwide “Grasz o Staż” competition, I delivered a project focused on preparing a database for SAP system implementation by organizing and standardizing operational data. 🔹 Supported production planning optimization using Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodology by analyzing processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
