I was in retail for many years. There I learned the value of providing exceptional customer service. I had to know the features and benefits of literally hundreds of products. Everyone’s needs and budgets were a bit different, of course, so it was my job to listen carefully and ask the right questions to determine which products would be the best match. I must have done something right, because I built a large, loyal clientele, (which included many of my present-day clients). Today, I’m as dedicated as ever in striving to provide the very highest levels of customer service. My practice allows me to offer a wide variety of top-name coverage options for home, auto, boat and other insurable assets. I still ask questions and listen carefully, and give my greatest effort to putting together the insurance coverage that’s the very best value for each client’s individual needs and budget. Giving my clients the best service, the best products, the best value. That’s how I’ve always done business, and always will.
