* Tested the RTL code of a Robson NAND flash memory controller with PCI-E interface. * Written in SystemVerilog an ONFI NAND flash memory AVM test slave model. * Integrated the NAND flash model into system test bench using Mentor’s AVM methodology to determine the correctness of DUT and collect test coverage. * Written test cases in SystemVerilog and simulated random, directed and directed-random test cases in QuestaSim. * Characterized and reported defects found in simulations into ClearQuest defect tracker.
