About
Aerodynamicist working on the mitigation of the negative effects that blade erosion has on the energy production. Methods include: VG layout design, design of special operational modes for the turbines, wind tunnel experiments on airfoils with roughness and add-ons, full-scale experimental work in collaboration with the industry, development and implementation of engineering models for surface roughness and add-ons. Additionally, working with a wind farm layout optimization framework with a focus on cost modelling.
