- Lead the operation department and distribution center, managing 1,000 EV bikes, including both sales and aftersales service. - Supervise teams of staff and managers in sales, aftersales, spare parts, technicians, and support functions to ensure operational excellence. - Streamline processes to improve efficiency and service quality, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

- Build, setup and launch new car rental platform. - Own the P&L for Thailand, driving growth, commercial execution, process optimization, and cultivate a positive work environment. - Lead teams to ensure high standards in customer service, vehicle management, and operational efficiency.

- Lead an online used car auction business, developing business plans and sales strategies to meet revenue goals. - Manage resources to achieve profitability and ensure seamless auction processes. - Continuously monitor and improve operations to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Lead the off-road and sport tire segment to achieve revenue and branding goals. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to push sales through car service centers, tire dealers, fast fit and distributors. - Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize dead stock.

- Develop and execute sales plans, local marketing strategies, and training programs for TYREPLUS shops. - Monitor shop performance and identify business opportunities with shop owners. - Conduct regular assessments to ensure adherence to operational standards and SOP compliance, implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Work with dealers to drive sales performance by implementing sales strategies and local marketing initiatives in the assigned area. - Ensure service excellence by overseeing the service standards of sales staff. - Collaborate with sales strategy partners to optimize inventory forecasting, ensuring accurate and effective sales planning.
