As Site Project Manager will report directly to Asean Project Director and will be responsible for the following key functions: - Responsible for the management of the Projects from RFQ to SOP+3months. - Ensure the cost, quality, schedule are met the targets. - Issue & Control Project Master schedule. - Responsible for create EGM (Extended Gross Margin). - Responsible of the management of the " -30%" plan. - Represent ICHIKOH in front of the customer, for all points regarding to the projects. - Responsible to be a substitute according to Management Back-up Plan - Translate the customer expectations into internal specifications in collaboration with sales and marketing, engineering manager and quality control - Promote the Quality rules in the Projects and more generally in all activities. - Define the resources needed for the project and negotiate them with the functional managers in order to meet the planning and the budget - Propose the team members, coordinate the activities, leads the meetings and makes the necessary arbitrations - Consolidate and manage the budget for the projects - Analyze the project during project review meetings and at the end of each phase - Train the project team members in project management and participates in their annual evaluation - Lead the outsourced developments. - Ensure that the procedures used by the project teams follow the Valeo development charter - Contribute to the motivation and cohesion of the Project Team and of the Project members. - Member of the leading team to promote and applies the ICHIKOH Strategy including more specifically the Quality strategy. - Apply the ICHIKOH ethical rules inside and outside the Company

- Lead the Project team on new models to meet project goals in terms of quality, timing, production capacity / capability. - Planning, executing, and communicating about projects effectively and efficiently using project management principles and tools. - Providing technical/manufacturing support to customers in accordance with marketing plans that support the launch of new developments, Blowers application engineering and designing. - Being in charge of engineering issues relating to customers and suppliers. - Acting as the APQP activity leader such as PPAP,PSW,Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC and MSA - Assisting with reliability improvement work & projects/modifications in relation to the Production & Engineering functions for site optimization purposes. - Coordinating relationships and communications with customers and designer regarding technical, development and investigation functions. - Providing technical assistance and being hands-on in relation to problem resolution and evaluations associated with project machinery. - Monitoring and analyzing standards and operations and developing productivity. - Coordinating project & modification work and changing manufacturing processes to meet related objectives. - Coordinating and supporting any assigned projects and improvement activities within the site. - Maintains and updates the Project status in system. - Acts as the interface with customer, designer and handles the commercial side of program during launch phase. - Involved in quality improvement and supports VDA 6.3, ISO/TS16949 requirements, environmental and safety.

- Responsibility to achieve department's objectives & targets - Ensure Product Design, cost and schedule - Establish Process Work Instruction (WI), Kanban system, Muda and TPS - Able to review the process flow ensure all problems been addressed prior to mass production - Productivity Improvement (line balance) - Value analyze cost down (VACD) - Analyze and improvement defect, FTA and PDCA - Prepare weekly quality reports to presentations - Control preventive maintenance - Support and Design tooling in process for mass production - Response about ISO9001 and ISO14001 - Control 3Q6S (5S)
