i) In-charge of monthly closing of management accounts, consolidation accounts and notes to Balance Sheet for Holding Company and other related companies using AutoCount Accounting Package. (ii) Responsible for preparing monthly payments including monthly salary payout, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, rental, utilities, payments to local and overseas trade and non- trade suppliers, etc for Holding Company and related companies. (iii) Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for local and overseas currency for Holding Company and related companies and reconciliation of inter - company balances. (iv) Responsible for preparing sales invoices, debit notes for inter-company billings, payments on behalf and credit notes for Holding Company and related companies. (v) Check directors and staff local and overseas claims. (vi) Prepare forecast cash flow for group of companies. (vii) Liaise with auditor for year end audit and tax agent for Company’s income tax computation including preparing necessary schedules.

(ii) Prepare monthly bank reconciliation & monthly journal entries for a group of companies. (iii) Responsible to key in all trade & non trade supplier invoices. (iv) In-charged for GST submissions on quarterly basis. (v) Review all the office & studio petty cash claims, staff claims and production claims submitted by the producer. (vi) Liaise with auditor for year end audit and tax agent for Company’s income tax computation including preparing necessary schedules. (vii) Assist in monitoring daily cash flows to ensure there is sufficient funds available in banks for payments.
