Works in the following areas: - Test automation: Created testing framework for Instana backend that can be used by team members to create their own test suite. A periodically executed FVT test suite run daily to ensure code base in Github is stable. - Software Reliability Engineer: monitor environments (in AWS) to ensure system is always available for user. Created monitoring tools to alert team members when there was anomaly detected in the system. - Release Management tooling: gather issues and problems data from tickets in Github/Zenhub, summarize them into metrics and present the trending of the interested issue in Grafana dashboard. - Backend tooling for SRE: created tools that minimize team member's effort to interact with components in IBM Bluemix. The same tool was also used as system monitoring tool to ensure environment is stable.

QA for in-house web application (WebGUI). - Use RTC to record test results on WebGUI. - Created new test cases according to the added features. - Create automated test cases using in-house testing framework CBA (Component-Based Automation).

Worked on BSCS (Business Support & Control System), a billing system for telecommunication service provider. - Support/maintain/develop features for backend modules of the system. In later year was promoted to Software Architect, specialized in customizing BSCS based on user requirements from different customer. Also involved in answering questions during PoC session with customer.

Develop/maintain in-house gateway using Perl and Shell scripting, to gather data from external source to internal data format for further processing.

Develop/maintain backend modules for BSCS (Business Support & Control System), billing system for telecommunication service provider, using C.

Develop in-house system for HR (Leave system) and Procurement (Purchase system) department, using Gupta and Oracle DB.
