As the co-founder and president of Her Campus Media, I have been leading the number one media and marketing portfolio for college women for over 15 years. I have a keen interest in how media can influence and inspire young women to pursue their academic, professional, and personal goals. My core competencies include social networking, online marketing, and social media marketing, which I use to create and distribute engaging and relevant content, products, and services for our audience of millions of college women across the globe. I have also been recognized as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year award winner among other various industry publications and awards. My mission is to empower young women to take charge of their lives and make a positive impact on the world.

Her Campus Media founders Stephanie Kaplan Lewis, Annie Wang, and Windsor Hanger Western met as Harvard undergrads while running a student publication for women on campus. The publication soared in popularity with college women across the country, who began asking for advice on starting something like it at their own schools. Stephanie, Annie, and Windsor had the idea to build something similar on a national level to serve college women everywhere, and in 2009 they won Harvard's business plan competition with their vision for Her Campus Media. They've been building the company into the number one media portfolio for college women ever since, and Her Campus Media remains 100% women-owned-and-operated today. We reach this audience better than anyone else across our brands Her Campus, Spoon University, College Fashionista, InfluenceHer Collective, and Generation Hired, digitally and through our network of thousands of campuses and tens of thousands of influencers and ambassadors. Serving and empowering the next generation is at the core of everything we do, and we are proud to have launched our community members into prestigious jobs and internships all throughout the media and marketing industries and beyond.
