- Sourcing new parts both from domestic and overseas to meet engineering specifications and requirements for new project. - Review cost and perform cost breakdown analysis. - Negotiated with vendors to close pricing gaps, achieving cost savings target. - Ensured 100% on-time parts readiness for SOP and series production through proactive supplier alignment. - Analyze and perform export parts supply assumption in order to meet local content criteria. - Led VA/VE cross-functional initiatives that resulted in year-on-year cost reductions and supplier process improvement. - Manage inventories at optimum level and minimize obsolete stocks. - Review aging report and manage it. - Review and report long opened PO to management - Generate “General Part Purchase Agreement” and “Tooling Agreement” with part suppliers.

- Manage Raw Material (R/M) usage by refer to MRP and approve all PR. - Review and monitor R/M delivery plan for vendors to align with production plan. - Negotiate with vendors to get the best benefits in term of lead time and MOQ. - Liaise with vendors and internal team to make project on plan and run smoothly. - Prepare monthly report to analyze causes of R/M usage in case of variance from MRP plan. - Manage and control inventories at optimum level and minimize obsolete stocks. - Acted as primary liaison to coordinate with overseas customers and follow up claim and overdue payment over 10 million baht.

- Review available capacity and material. - Analyze and prioritize customer demand including engineering lot experiments before launch plan to production team. - Provide daily/ weekly plan for production to execute. - Closely monitor to prevent any potential miss. - Provide customer commits and what-if analysis. - Follow up and coordinate with concerned parties for Return Material Authorization (RMA’s). - Drive and maintain the group’s goals and objectives. - Perform other special project tasks as assigned on planning programs and system initiatives.

- Sourcing new part suppliers. - Negotiate with suppliers to get the best price at the lowest Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). - Generate purchase order and send to suppliers. - Provide daily/ weekly delivery plan for suppliers. - Monitor open purchase order report/ stock status report to follow up and expedite material both from local & overseas to ensure on time delivery. - Minimize obsolete raw material and provide cause of occurrence. - Coordinate among suppliers, engineers and QA. for all about material specification and quality issues.

- Set project priorities and create BOM path. - Provide material check list with quantity for purchaser to purchase raw material. - Manage inventory level as target. - Generate production master schedule (MPS) as weekly basis. - Coordinate between departments to push projects complete on time.
