I worked in a dual-role as a senior manager of program management and engineering in military qualified telecommunications equipment. A few accomplishments in this role included: 1) Re-optimizing engineering support to be based on program assignments and needs 2) Establishing baselines in program management metrics and engineering metrics to track KPIs and action plans 3) Lead the technical initiatives to develop root cause failures in product design 4) Increasing customer base and volume by increasing net bookings on the portfolio from $15M to $40M

Managed project life cycle from contract approval to customer deliverable. In charge of production of project plan for execution of program, and reducing risk associated with program execution. Responsible for overseeing and executing to customer demand and schedule. Managed internal budget EACs (earnings at completion) and provided accurate forecasts for program costs based on program performance. Coordinate with cross functional teams in manufacturing, supply chain (planning & procurement), contracts, pricing, business management, quality, and human resources to meet project demands and executables. Upholding responsibility to tackle any programmatic issues by meeting and developing tactical plans with responsible parties for issues. Develop and responsible for capturing program performance and presenting to senior management. Responsible for capturing inputs and provide recommendations to proposal team for future bids based on current program hardware performance. Primarily in charge of managing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts with managing total program budget through allocations of WBS budgets and holding to projected baseline cost. Manage customer scope and demands based on contractual obligations while upholding customer relations.

I worked on the manufacturing engineering team building space and military qualified traveling wave tubes. In this role, I: 1) Provided technical support to production by creating work assembly instructions, fixtures and tooling to support building assemblies per the BOM 2) Performed failure analysis on various production lines to improve product manufacturing yields and root causes analysis 3) Implemented transition of router and workflow packages into an ERP system 4) Led the internal process improvement initiatives to improve cycles times in traveling wave tube production using lean manufacturing methodologies through 5s, workflow layout redesign, kanban implementations.
