Client: A global vendor finance company Office Location: Philadelphia, USA My responsibilities were: • preparing Portfolio Dashboard Document using current data sources for project data to produce a standard Project and Portfolio level dashboard that will enable weekly reporting, monitoring, and risk & issue management; • assist in the creation and rollout of the Portfolio Dashboard using proposed set of best practices; • preparing Prioritized Process Improvement List based on COBIT 4.1 with emphasis on the current state and steps to achieve the desired future state; and • developing the Scorecard Criteria document which has quantitative and qualitative metrics that track the process improvement initiative via a monthly scorecard.
