Led the UDance Executive Board and Community in the Fight against Childhood Cancer - Selected as Co-Executive Director of the school's largest nonprofit, as well as the largest event that the Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation benefits from - Oversaw 14 Executive Teams, coordinated events, campaigns and fundraisers in a year long effort to raise money for The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation - Led a community of 7,000+ that has raised over $20 Million since its inception in 2007 - Learned the logistics and managerial side of fundraising, outreach, event planning, sponsorships and more - Made often tough decisions around personnel, budget, and event planning throughout the year - Fostered relationships with children battling cancer and their families to give them support beyond just the financial - Ran and observed 10-15 meetings weekly among every team on the Executive Board, as well as those with the benefitting foundation, our school, and others nationwide

- Promoted to position of Athletics Director, where I oversaw and ran all fundraising in the both Club and Varsity Athletics departments - Supervised two chairs, and over 80 team representatives(both Club and Varsity) in events, campaigns, and community relations - Set and followed a strict budget, while tracking month to month fundraising performance compared with projections, deficits, and culminating in $250,000 raised by athletes at the University of Delaware for the 2023-2024 school year - Took on more responsibility, in 5+ hours of meetings each week, along with regular contact supervisors, the school, and the foundation

Executive Board member and Chair of the Athletics Team for UDance 2023. - Working with the Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation, fundraising for children with cancer and their families - Member of the Executive Board, helping to plan several events and campaigns year-round, culminating with a 12-hour Dance Marathon in April - Along with a director and co-chair, in charge of fundraising from an Athletics point of view, guiding and managing over 80 reps, ranging across each of the school’s sports teams, with a personal concentration on Varsity Athletes - Attending 3 hours of executive-type meetings a week, as well as hosting 2 hours of rep meetings weekly and keeping constant communication with other teams on the board - Planning events, setting fundraising goals, and making execution plans for each individual campaign and event

• Working on residential construction and remodeling projects in various capacities while learning the industry • Learning skills of carpentry, engineering, and operation of heavy-duty machinery

- Taught the sport of rowing to individuals and groups from the ages of 8-80 - Directed 5-10 students/athletes at a time, each in their individual boats through the complex traffic patterns of the Duxbury Harbor, while minding other boats, weather, tides, as well as instruction material - Developed coaching/instruction skills for children and adults daily

- Received, managed, and outsourced seafood product - Processed Bills of Lading for shipments of seafood and entered the bills into the sales system so the product could be facilitated to a new customer - Operated advanced machinery to arrange the cargo in a time and space efficient way -Adapted to many different responsibilities, such as truck driver, door operator, and large order coordinator, all while learning the key components of the fish industry -Tens of thousands of Fish processed daily from Canada, Iceland, Maine, and Greenland, and are shipped down the entire East Coast and as far west as Colorado, St. Louis, and Chicago
