Working as a game operations staff in valofe means you have to be resourceful. Duties: - Keep in close contact with the developers, so we can communicate if there are any issues or errors in the game we are handling - Data analysis and action plans for daily, weekly and monthly KPIs - Monitor Social Media pages of the game you are handling - Design an event for the game including the monster events and random box contents and their probabilities - Answer player concerns through ticketing and Discord DMs - Evaluate Game moderator's performances and compensate them according to their performance - Plan weekly events to keep players interested with the game. - Create promotional banners and videos to hype up players with the upcoming content release - QA in game items and events on the game's stage server to make sure there are no bugs existing that may break the game. - Designed some of the costumes for the Game's NFT release - Draft a landing page for upcoming content updates. - Create a storyline for the event to keep the players invested and request new monsters and items in line with the storyline i made.
