At LoanCore Capital, I had the opportunity to conduct research on commercial properties, perform cash flow valuations, and help underwrite potential loans in the Chicago Office. I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including writing pre-committee memos and sizing loans for securitized properties in Microsoft Excel. My experience at LoanCore taught me the basics of the commercial real estate lending market and broadened my perspective of the different roles unique actors play in the commercial real estate industry.

During my junior and senior years, I worked as one of five student video managers for Michigan Football. As a student manager, I worked all practices, home games, and select away games to provide video for the team. During my time at Michigan Football, I had the opportunity to work games at Rutgers, Ohio State, Michigan State, Purdue, and Cowboys Stadium in addition to bowl trips for the 2016 Orange Bowl and the 2017 Outback Bowl. Working closely alongside one of the most experienced coach staffs in the nation taught me the discipline and attention to detail needed to succeed, as well as how to handle high pressure situations.

As a Sports Department intern at Fox 2 Detroit, I had the opportunity to work alongside some of the biggest names in Detroit sports to produce live and recorded segments for the news as well as and Fox 2's weekly sport's show, Sports Works. As an intern, I logged sporting events, monitored sports news stories, researched statistics, and wrote scripts read on broadcasts. I also had the opportunity to attend Detroit Tigers, Lions, Pistons, NASCAR, and International Champions League events as a credentialed media member. At Fox 2, I was exposed to a face-paced environment in which breaking sports news or a sudden change in a sporting event would require immediate action to ensure our reports were accurate.

As Vice President, I led our fraternity's administrative board and worked to create new, exciting events for our members. Events I helped organize include a service day to distribute water in Flint, multiple charity events benefitting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund (JDRF), and brotherhood events such as paintball and Dad's weekend. While vice president I also worked for the football team, which forced me to balance my responsibilities to ensure I was succeeding both in and out of the classroom. I am most proud of the annual initiatives I spearheaded, including Delta Tau Delta's annual Dad's weekend and our partnership with the Hope Clinic in Ypsilanti to contribute to their annual holiday toy drive.
