As well, collaborating internally to support and organize our QRIC and Day on the Bay conferences that QRIA hosts yearly.

• Ran point on prospecting, data entry/reporting, financial modelling, market surveys/comparable sets, client summaries, building walks/tours, and OM/BOV prep; handled ad hoc requests to keep pitches and listings on timeline • Evaluated and synthesized deals across office, industrial and retail – contributed to 10+ active listings and pursuits (investment-sales emphasis); scheduled 4 meetings/tours, organized data rooms and CAs, maintained CRM/pipeline hygiene, and packaged research into concise summaries to prioritize outreach and inform client conversations

• Supporting development managers to create large-scale, phased multifamily and commercial projects across DMV • Coordinating and solving problems interdepartmentally while developing 600+ unit master-planned communities, working with municipalities through permitting, including OP documents at completed projects, rezoning inquiry packages and more • Projecting in-depth financial analyses for projects at various development milestones while working to rationalize an uncertain economic environment into a purposeful proforma to be utilized by ownership • Communicate with project consultant teams professionally and effectively, performing administrative tasks such as change orders, contract administration, LC package creation, plan checking as well as creating a development coordinator SOP
