I’m fortunate to have the opportunities to love what I do and do what I love. In short, I love working with numbers and people, which led me to recruiting. After being awarded "Most Likely to Work in Admissions" as a former student tour guide during my undergrad at Georgia Tech, I spent 12 years in higher education recruiting students all over the globe, leading admissions teams, presenting at professional conferences, and learning from diverse staff, faculty, school counselors, and families. After completing my master's degree and being a part of teams that set several institutional enrollment records, these experiences and passions brought me to corporate recruiting and staffing as an emerging Talent Acquisition professional. Based in metro Tampa, I partner with hiring managers across the country and lead strategic recruitment efforts for our Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) line of business. Currently, I serve as a National Co-Lead with CBRE's Rising Professionals Organization within our Learning & Development function. Separate from the day-to-day of my work, I was once voted “Best Dressed Recruiter” (thanks Neil Clark!) many years ago, and am simply trying to live up to that hype each day. Recruiter by day, drummer and music teacher by night and weekend. Always up for coffee, tacos, navigating a big city on foot (with my comfortable Pikolinos shoes), and a good playlist (mixtapes > Spotify).
