- Identify and explore new market opportunities, establish new sales channels and strategic partnerships, aiming to expand the company's presence in the market. - Lead expansion projects, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives. - Implement and reinforce robust corporate governance and compliance practices, ensuring transparency, ethics and regulatory compliance in all operations. - Ensure the company's financial health, including optimizing costs, cash flow, budget and strategic financial planning.

- Oversee key financial and business analysis relating to: portfolio profitability and key metrics; pricing strategies & decisions; sales performance analysis; support to Marketing & Sales decisions; and support G&A analysis and investment decisions. - Responsible for operations, strategic and operational planning process (Local Production, Logistics and Warehousing), Imports, International purchases and Export projects, leader in the interface with outsourcing companies.

- Oversee the various accounting functions; including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, consolidation and foreign currency accounting. - Responsible for the preparation of monthly closing and financial statements. - Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations. - Oversee all financial reporting, such as budget, forecast and all financial KPIs with head office. - Liaison between Brazil branch and corporate office in financial matters. - Direct reporting to General Manager - Brazil and global CFO in the United States.

- Leader for all planning process of Budgeting, Forecasting and Performance Measurement, including Revenues, Cost of Sales, Expenses, Overheads, P&L, Capex, consolidating and presenting the annual plan/forecast for board of directors and CEO. - Managing the financial accounting monthly closing and consolidation packages reported to CFO. - General administration of accounts payable, accounts receivable and Cash Flow. - Responsible for the implementation of ERP (SAP - FI, BW, MM, SD and CO).

- Consolidate and analyze profitability of customers, products, channels and entity. - Prepare the Budget, Forecast and P&L(Scenario and Actual) by brazilians entities. - Support to Business Units (BUs), Marketing and Sales Team. - Support in development of Sherwin-Williams business plan. - Analyze the Price, Cost, Expense and Margins by Region, Brand, Store, Products(Type, Line and SKU). - Analyze the DSO, SG&A, Working Capital index, Budget, Forecast. - Consolidate the subsidiaries results on IFRS standarts.
