While at Centex Homes I gained a wealth of experience in the residential construction industry. As the Design Manager I supervised the staff of CAD Technicians, coordinated all new plan designs, stock plan revisions and per lot customization. My staff was instumental in creating sales brochures, obtaining permits and distributing current plans to internal and external customers/vendors.

I have rejoined the military in a dual role. I am a full-time civilian employee working for a unit that I am attached to as a part-time reservist. The job is Engineering Technician and the unit 567th REDHORSE Squadron. RED HORSE stands for Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operation Repair Squardron Engineer. Our mission is to be ready to go any where and build anything the military needs. I've recently returned from Afghanistan - an experience that was challanging, to say the least! But I was able to add to my experience in CAD, Land Surveying, Concrete and Soils Testing. Our projects include Metal Stud Framed Buildings, Metal K-Span Buildings and large-scale Concrete Taxi/Runways.
