Production manager of a small workforce, ordering stock and seeing that quality levels are to a high standard, meeting tight delivery dates on time and in full, training staff on various aspects of the factory setting up and updating training matrix and ensuring health and safety is adhered to.

Production Manager in a large purpose built factory manufacturing Double Glazed units. I was responsible for 90 members of staff including machine operators, office staff, supervisors and Shift Managers, holding daily production meetings, organising TPM's, making sure health and safety procedures were being adhered to and enforcing said procedures. ordering all stock and carrying out weekly / monthly stock check also using these stock checks to generate reports for waste percentage and levels of productivity.

Started off as a glass cutter before becoming glass cutting Supervisor then shift supervisor and my final position Production Manager this role involved overseeing 35 members of staff, stock ordering, ensuring Health and safety was adhered, planning of the weeks production liasing with Transport / sales and customers to see that delivery dates were achieved and that quality was of a high standard. Training old / new members of staff in various aspects of the factory setting up a training matrix for the company and keeping it updated.
