My name is William Suraci Sr., and I am the owner of NXT Level Staffing LLC. NXT Level Staffing is new to the industry but very familiar with what the job entails. Our company opened its doors in September of 2021 during the Covid pandemic and just after my retirement from the military after twenty years of service. My service to this country and the service of my sons as well has provided us with the training we use daily in this profession. My son William Suraci Jr is my business partner, and my son Tmothy Guidubaldi is our manager for our current team members. We enter a marketplace surrounded by larger companies and others with years of experience. We on the other hand bring highly trained and professional individuals to all occasions. During our first seven months in the industry, we have supported multiple companies and proven our worth and value to those companies and the customers they provided staffing needs for. NXT Level Staffing has had many months to grow and evolve into a recognizable group of young men and women, who provide the highest caliber of customer service and professionalism that the market is in serious need of. Some of the events NXT Level Staffing LLC. has work on includes but not limited too are as follows: Sporting events, Concert series, Convention Center Events, PGA tournaments, Surfing Events, Festivals, Small and Large private venues, and a host of other events staffing needs such as parking lot attendants and all forms of VIP escort services. We pride ourselves in our customer service and attention to detail. NXT Level Staffing LLC, although new to the industry has created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to each event and help make other companies fulfill their contract obligations easier with great representation. NXT Level Staffing LLC. is small and new but we bring a high volume of caring and consideration to each job/contract. We provide guard carded and non-guard carded individuals for whatever your event calls for. We provide our own transportation and housing for any event needs. We are logistically independent and require little to no supervision once on ground. Our team of trained individuals can self-sustain for the duration of any event. We provide our very own breakers and floaters for each event to free up your team. Other companies can validate the caliber of personnel we bring to the table, and I can assure you the professionalism of our team will always outshine those around us.
