- Define the concept of manufacturing vs product definition (Equipment cycle time, investment, design for industrialization/design for manufacturing …) - Get validation of the budgets for the realization - Define and oversee the realization of the manufacturing means. - Manage the KPI of industrialization and propose corrective action plans if necessary - Support the phases of starting up and bring the product to the target performances. - Ensure the interface with the customers concerning the subjects of industrialization - Organize and follow the trial run of validation of the process on the new equipment and the new line (prototype, design validation, process validation) - Lead international projects : Guadalajara (Mexico), Tianjin (China), Toulouse (France)
