Started as Computer Operator Trainee and progressed through various positions with increasing levels of responsibilities. Chosen as part of staff to migrate Computer Operations facility in New York City to new site in Berkeley Heights, NJ. Became member of elite group within Computer Operations(Data Recovery Group) tasked with automating procedures within Computer Operations and establishing Disaster Recovery protocols.

* Data recovery from damaged HDD * Hardware troubleshooting, repair and replacement * Windows NT/2000/XP/Win 7 * Microsoft Office XP\2003\2007\2010 support * Take image of HDD/ Restore from HDD image/ Maintain image library * Reset profiles in Microsoft Active Directory * Log tickets into Helpdesk Database for history and report generation * Basic network troubleshooting skills (ping, ipconfig,release/renew, flushdns,etc.) * Set up computers and equipment on network with static or dynamic (DHCP) IP addresses * Set up new user hardware/software and connect to network domain * Reset passwords and complete Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) reports * Work with manufacturers to resolve warranty issues on defective hardware * Monitor trouble ticket system and resolve issues in a timely manner * Install and maintain software such as operating systems, networking components and office applications * Provide telephone, in-person and remote support to users * Provide Computer Integrated Manufacturing support for semiconductor production “clean room” * Clone HDD using imaging software and maintain clone library
