Safety training to all the operation stations. 3. First aid training to team leaders. 4. Finish department Safety emergency response plan. 5. Make sure the safety responsibility for certain area.

Work as a team with Sales Purchasing and Finance department for new product quotation. ﹡New product process analysis and product process modification for six plants of Tower China. ﹡Working as a team with Engineering Quality and Manufacturing department of plants for cost down. ﹡Help new plant to set up KPI Internal PPM≤150 Assembly FTT≥99.7% /Assembly scrap rate≤0.15% Stamping scrap rate 0.5% ﹡Improve custom satisfaction of FIAT FAW-VW CHERY & GEELY ﹡Develop quotation strategy. Work as a team with Sales Purchasing and Finance department for new product quotation.
