Working closely with global brands and Chinese tech companies at every stage of their product journey, from NPI and EVT/DVT/PVT to mass production and market entry.

EPSA is an international leader in optimizing public funding, notably Research Tax Credit (CIR), Young Innovative Company (JEI) status, and Bpifrance grants. - Managed a portfolio of 40+ innovative SMEs across Industry, Digital, Health, and Greentech sectors. - Conducted 110+ full technical audits to assess R&D activities in line with the Frascati Manual. - Drafted 60+ scientific and financial deliverables (CIR, MESR, JEI, Bpifrance) with a 100% compliance rate. - Advised clients on projects generating over €1M in cumulative R&D funding.

Daher is a French industrial group recognized in aerospace, logistics, and industrial systems, committed to technological transformation. Attached to the group’s Innovation division, in direct contact with all Business Units. - Led 8 nationwide technological transformation projects, from PoC to industrialization. - Coordinated feasibility studies on 20 innovative solutions (AI, RPA, blockchain, drones). - Co-developed an AI-based quality assessment tool deployed across 3 industrial sites. - Identified 30+ innovation opportunities through technology monitoring and internal workshops.

SDEL, a VINCI Energies subsidiary, is a major player in electrical engineering for large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects. - Performed budget analysis of 2 projects totaling over €2M in electrical works. - Supported preparation of 5 bids in collaboration with the sales team, generating estimated revenue of 100k€. - Managed a team of 5 workers on a construction site in central Paris. - Designed a budget tracking tool adopted by senior project managers.
