Lead of install on Home Urban Development housing units in Yuma, AZ. -Lay-out of racking, panels and wiring as well as physical installation of said components and micro-inverters from pre-approved plans. -Oversight of materials, tools, safety and labor for a 4-man crew throughout the 6 week project that passed on first inspection. -Carpenter on 3,000sq. ft. environmentally friendly, passive-solar home project in Paradise Valley

Perform audits on domestic hot-water systems at residential locations throughout Arizona for compliance with APS/SRP Program Guidelines. -Systems must adhere to SRCC approved schematics, certain OG-300 installation guidelines and International Plumbing Code. -Extensive interactions with homeowners; required access to garage, attic and roof. -Performed field audits independently, traveling 350 miles per week.

Researched regional-based marketing partner potentials for solar hot-water, solar-electric and duct-sealing products and installations. -Cold call “hot” regions to spark general community interest as well as set-up sales appointments. Created my own leads with this method for higher commission value on closings. -Canvass said regions to produce leads for future sales. Door to door interactions included an on-site home-energy pre-analysis with costs of electric and gas bills. -Executed sales presentations, offered thorough energy analysis to establish conservative return on investment.

Installation of 55-panel and 110-panel photovoltaic systems on 15 schools throughout the valley of Phoenix, St. John’s and Springerville. -Responsible for the labeling of systems, component assembly, placement and wiring of meteorological components and wiring of data acquisition components working independently. -Installed systems of up to 50 photovoltaic modules for newly constructed fire department and training facilities. Placement of key components and conduit within government facilities. -Wiring and assembly within the Pre & Post inspection periods leading up to project certification.
