ACP is the only nonprofit organization engaged in national corporate career counseling for our veterans and their spouses. Responsible for assisting veterans and mil spouses with navigating transitioning out of the military and the ins and outs of looking for gainful employment.

Reviews DoD and Navy specific guidance, develop command level doctrine, policy, operational guidelines and maintain policies and procedures current with DoD level guidance related to the Computer Security Service Provider (CSSP) program. Proactively review strategic, operational, and tactical level input and coordination with DoD, Joint Staff, and National agencies DoD and Navy specific plans, policies, orders, and security memorandums as required in anticipation of annual biannual review cycles. Provides operational coordination support and guidance in establishment of DCO mission systems to increase operational capabilities. Assist with planning strategies and identifying technical and operational requirements to provide guidance in the development of DCO capabilities. Review DoD and Navy specific DCO guidance, develop command level doctrine, policy, operational guidelines and maintain policies and procedures current with DoD level guidance to provide operational recommendations. Provide guidance and recommendations to operations and training on any revisions or new plans and policies that effect the Navy DCO and DoD information Network(DODIN).

- Support Cyberspace, Cyberspace Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), and Cyberspace Surveillance and Reconnaissance (CS&R) Standards/Evaluations. - Assist and support in developing, reviewing, preparing and coordinating cyberspace/ISR training. - Support the development of cyberspace academic training, and provide assistance for detailed oversight of training by documenting training deficiencies, and providing recommended solutions. - Facilitate the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) for Flag, Combatant Command (CCMD), Department of Defense exercises, and submit requests in the ACC Consolidated Planning System as necessary.

Responsible for: - Creating, building, and implementing Sharepoint solutions to streamline internal and external workflow processes. - Training colleagues how to navigate the Sharepoint environment and maximize features. - Manage back-end site functions including permission levels and interoperability.

-Team lead responsible for established training for Carrier, Amphib, and CRUISER/DESTROYER Intelligence Analysts. -Wrote policy refining training and execution of daily briefs, intelligence collection, predictive analysis, SNOOPIE operations, message writing and VI. • 6 years of experience creating briefs and other executive level intelligence products using information using the PED (processing, exploiting, and disseminating) process. -Worked on products tying in IMINT, SIGINT, OSINT as well as other information to meet the needs of the customer or chain of command. -Responsible for production of N82 INTEL Flashcards tracking and ensuring fleet readiness for all basic phase units. • Managed lessons learned received from analysts in the fleet and incorporated them into future training. Served as an RFI Manager at CSG 4 supplying timely and accurate intelligence to the training audience. -Briefed senior officers on emerging and immediate threats to the AOR. Daily use of SharePoint to update and maintain intelligence database.

-Developed innovative and original cyber scenario for training use in Navy and Joint exercises. Creation of exercise scenarios created the standard for merging cyber and Intel for the entire Navy. -Drafted policy on the role of intelligence professionals during cyber incidents and to provide overall picture of Persistent Threat Actor capabilities and TTPs. -Refined scope of employment of Red Team capabilities to emulate real world threat actor capabilities ad tactics. -Worked extensively with the CSG 4 and Navy RED Team to ensure all units were trained to communicate between services. Drafted background products and exercise injects for these exercises while managing the Master Events Sequence List (MESL) and also serving as RFI manager. • Responsible for drafting and delivering weekly briefs to U.S. Navy Flag Officers and NATO officers in support of NAVIFOR and USFFCOM. -Used a multi-discipline intelligence collection and reporting program, was able to greatly increase the scope of operations and commander’s knowledge of the area of operations.
