Responsibilities • Responsible for executing 17 projects for 4 Key Accounts (Tier 1 lamp manufacturers): Marelli/AL, VALEO, HELLA, and NAL (headlight/taillight projects). • Evaluate project feasibility, including schedule, design, process, quality requirements, test specifications, budget review, manpower planning, and capacity. • Regular communication with cross-factory (Kaohsiung, Guangzhou, Mexico) cross-departmental, multinational core members (about 30 people) to review project progress. • Regular communication with clients (Germany, USA, Mexico, Czech Republic, India, Poland, Brazil) to ensure project goals are aligned. • Manage 6 project specialists, understand work status, assign tasks based on expertise, set performance expectations, and review regularly to ensure targets are met. • Lead interviews, identify suitable candidates, and create win-win situations for the company and applicants. • Develop trial production regulation during the project development process, consolidate trial production requirements, reduce trial production frequency, and lower trial production costs. • Maintain positive interaction with clients and suppliers, establish long-term partnerships.

Special Achievements and Performance • Led the team to complete the development of the Huawei HUAWEI 5.5” project within five months, achieving mass production on time. • Executed mobile phone panel module projects, including Huawei HUAWEI 5.5” and Microsoft 4.7”.

Special Achievements and Performance • Led the team to complete the supplier Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) audit for Starbucks. • Resolved the noise problem in Moulinex's product (juicer) buttons due to the design mismatch of different materials.
