William Leedom

At URG Bill is responsible for asset management of specific URG assets, acquisitions in URG's primary markets and executing on development projects. Bill brings more than 15+ years of asset managment, acquisition, disposition and development experience to the URG team and a broad base of experience working on office, industrial and multi-family assets across the United States. Bill will join the experienced URG team to help manage their portfolio of 14M SF in the Puget Sound, Portland and Denver markets as well as sourcing new development and acquisition prospects in commercial real estate. URG is a Seattle based full-service real estate company engaged in acquisitions, development, asset management, leasing property management and ownership in Seattle / Bellevue, Portland and Denver.

Bill has over fifteen years of real estate experience and over twenty years of finance experience. During his real estate career he has bought and sold over $3.5 billion in assets and managed properties totaling over $8 billion dollars across the United States with US and foreign institutional partners. Bill has also developed mixed-use properties such as the 750,000 square foot Kirkland Urban project and asset managed office, industrial and multi-family assets across the United States with a primary focus on the office sector. Bill has co-led Talon's acquisition group where he has responsibility for sourcing and executing acquisitions and dispositions.

At Metzler Bill had day to day asset management responsibilities for a portfolio of seven trophy class properties located across the United States that were owned by a German separate account and four assets owned by the Metzler US Real Estate Fund (“MUSREF”).

Worked with the Schnitzer investment group to analyze potential markets to expand into from an acquisitions and development perspective. Assisted in the development of the Bravern mixed-use project in Bellevue, Washington.

William Leedom, Associate Bill Leedom is an Associate in Cascadia Capital's Security & Defense practice where he works with the team on sourcing and executing transactions. In addition, he provides research across all of the firm's industry practice and product groups. He works closely with these groups to identify emerging and relevant industry, product, and financing trends, enabling the groups to formulate strategy and identify new market opportunities.

As a Senior Analyst at Freeman & Mills Bill performed economic valuation and analysis that was used in the depositions and trials of commercial lawsuits.
