As a Senior Recruiter, my role was to support the sales team in filling contract roles at Fortune 500 companies that included Merrill Lynch, and Verizon Wireless.

Manager, Talent Acquisition I was hired to build a Recruiting/Sourcing model, to implement that model, and manage a team of recruiters/sourcers. I was also responsible for building upon an existing internship program, and ran the program from start to finish. I created and delivered presentations at Chicago Booth, NYU Stern, Carnegie Mellon, and Penn State SMEAL to name a few. My other area of responsibility was Employer Branding, and I created the first ever employer branding videos in NA for Samsung - as well as some highly successful Employer Branding/Employee Recognition programs. I was responsible for oversight of recruiting tools and worked closely with LinkedIn, CareerBuilder and others. I was also responsible for creating content and updating all HR related Social Media outlets, as well as the creation of SEA's Glassdoor Employer Profile. This is the first ever Employer Branding video for Samsung Electronics America in North America. My project from concept to completion.

At Eisai I was part of a small team that built an entire Talent Acquisition infrastructure. In addition to a full implementation of Brass Ring, we raised the ERP % from 3% to over 30%, and reduced agency spend from 5 million annually, to less than 2 million. I was part of the selection committee that identified the RPO, implemented systems and processes to create efficiencies, and managed a team of recruiters.

INTTRA is the world’s largest, multi-carrier e-commerce marketplace for ocean shipping. Over 600,000 container orders are initiated on the INTTRA platform each week, representing 22 percent of global ocean container trade. I'm building a global talent infrastructure from scratch. Implementing tools, systems, processes, and networking with global partners to position us for success, and create a GREAT candidate experience.
