You’ll be directly responsible for coaching, mentoring and growing dealer capability.  • Create and maintain a high-performance team culture that reflects Crown’s values and standards of service.  • Role-model Crown’s purpose and managerial behaviours, motivating team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.  Operational & Business Objectives • Drive operational and financial results — encouraging ideas and initiatives that help meet revenue and performance targets on the gaming floor.  • Support commercial decision-making that balances customer experience with company priorities and compliance obligations.  Customer & Stakeholder Focus • Ensure VIP customer service delivery in a VIP gaming environment, prioritising guest satisfaction and high-value service standards.  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to support teamwork and business outcomes.  Performance Development • Manage performance expectations, including feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to elevate team capability.  • Champion ongoing talent development and coaching, helping dealers grow in their roles and achieve business goals.  Compliance & Culture • Operate in a heavily regulated gaming environment, maintaining integrity, compliance, and adherence to Crown’s policies and gaming regulations.  • Help maintain an aspirational culture centred on customer care, ethical decisions and Crown’s values.
