-Led the development of a 3D-printed lymph node microfluidic chip that mimics the biological properties of a human lymph node for potential vaccine candidate screening -Planned and conducted in vitro immunology activation assays (LNP synthesis, NF-kB pathway, IL-2 secretion via ELISA) to validate the proof of concept -Iterated through the chip prototyping process by optimizing the parameters of the Stereolithography (SLA) 3D printing -Co-wrote a scientific report highlighting the team's findings and future direction of the project

-Induced Yamanaka factors (OSKM) in myoblast cells to generate iPSCs and analyzed the cell viability, mitochondrial health, and fate determination -Compared and interpreted antibody array imaging signals from mice serum -Tested BONCAT on protein assays with liver samples from mice -Conducted DNA extraction from bacteria and DNA transfection on cancer cell lines -Performed statistical analysis and presented visual figures at weekly lab meetings -Maintained a well-organized lab notebook with protocols and safe lab practices

-Utilized Seurat package in R to analyze single-cell RNA sequencing data from different internal cancer datasets -Connected with 12 scientists from early discovery, manufacturing, pharmacokinetics, and preclinical development teams -Presented summer project to senior scientists during group meeting and at the site-wide virtual poster session -Engaged with the CEO Rob Davis during a virtual Q&A session to learn more about the company culture and strategy
