Outbound call environment centered on customer services for well-known Insurance Company located in the United States. Duties including, but not limited to described benefits of what their plans are about, Finding medications, Doctors and Pharmacies on the network, general customer service. Gained Supervisory experience by taking on a Supervisory role with a team of 18 members. Duties included follow-up and monitoring of target performance metrics, setting up individual development plans for each team member to assist them in reaching target metrics based on their personal areas of improvement while at the same time motivating through on the spot recognition and personal goals.

Duties were directed at troubleshooting and billing issues having to do with cell and home phones. Worked in Supervisory back -up role assisting the team supervisor in performing routine daily task such as Quality monitoring and feedback, assisting team with on the spot questions and inquiries.
