 Accountable for Quality, Cost and Delivery for suppliers within China. To manage the strategy buyers and operation buyers assigned in region in the execution of commodity and category strategies whilst maintaining the company’s purchasing systems.  Supplier Relationships: Ensure China suppliers have appropriate business plans supporting company cost, technology and continuous improvement requirements.  Cost Management: Operating through the full product life cycle, will ensure team meets annual Purchase cost commitments. Ensure business plan operating costs across the buyers meets annual regional Purchase cost commitments. .  Delivery: responsible for the delivery performance (including New Product Introduction) of those suppliers that trade with company.  Quality: responsible for the quality performance (including New Product Introduction) of those suppliers that trade with company.  Processes and Procedures: Accountable and responsible for ensuring adherence to the company’s processes and procedures, maintaining purchasing systems to ensure associated KPI’s are met and ensuring records are maintained in line with regulatory requirements.

 Implement purchasing strategy, purchasing procedure, supplier assessment, supplier evaluation, maintain good supply base;  Localization, sourcing plan. Searching and evaluating sources of potential supplier locally in China  Manages and achieves cost saving assignment  Go WEST project;  E-bidding & E-auction;  Raw material market research and analysis; Competitor analysis  Negotiate price & terms for contractual agreement  Supplier chain management  Encourage and coach team members to exceed potentials

 Responsible for overall operational purchasing & Logistics activity, including material procurement, import & export, inventory control, inventory turnover rate, supplier delivery & quality performance improvement, cost reducing, and ensure the production and order fulfillment.  Develops and implement the material strategy and on-time supply strategy according to forecast and demand. Set KPI and follow-up on objectives and performance targets;  Develop process, systems and staff to ensure that the team works in accordance with process and comply with policies;  Strives for the continuous improvement of the whole supply chain focusing on the reduction of lead times and inventory (Operational Excellence).  Motivate and inspire team members to reach objectives and performance targets;  Provide coaching and support team members in their development; Ensure that competence and staffing is balanced in relation to set objectives.  Budget setting and control.
