Personnel and Proccess Management of US Air Force KC-135 Aircraft Cleaning and Lubrication for all assigned aircraft at McConnell AFB, KS. Schedule and assign work for personnel, inventory and order supplies and equipment, and maintain personnel records.

Co-ordinate maintenance, servicing, launch, and recovery actions for 59 multi-engine aircraft. Supervise 100+ maintenance personnel. Manage task completion for aircraft availability. Predict possible shortfalls, create and execute maintenance plans to overcome them.

Teach general maintenance practices, aircraft and flight line safety, component removal and replacement, and aircraft servicing. Develope and implement lesson plans. Create and document training records.
