I have been working as a self Advocate / disability consultant for 8 years I have work with local authorities and national government departments and not-for-profit organisations on the personalisation agenda training them on this I have also co train people on disability equality and also advocated for Disabled people and their family's I have also contributed towards various students PHD’S in disability studies or social work /care Studies and equal equality’s and in sociology Studies all from a first person experience and in working in the field . I was The project supporter in Manchester for the inspire me project that was a national project funded by the cooperative and they raised more then the target figure the inspire was about inspiring young people with a learning disability to aim big
