Making sure that all Semi’s are QA, QC, FMC ready.

I I have also followed what the military regulations are in getting the military back, their vehicles in better condition before we received them from the railhead. I have inspected in lots 10, 27, 13 coscom, 4th ID, 1st Calvary and the railhead. I don't believe in half stepping anything because people’s lives depend on us and getting them the proper equipment. I have received training in the Lean and the six sigma training involving training each department to better manage their employees in aspect of showing up for work, cutting out the unnecessary steps that slows the production down, speeding up the production showing the departments how to manage the paperwork showing the exact stages, processing, receiving, delivering and show different ways to better the productive. I done without excuses. I have also held classes to better employees and to where the employees enjoy coming to work. I don’t do any short cuts and have high expectations to better the company.
