I have more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the corporate world. Since 2019, I have been CFO at Ibema, one of the leading players in the global paperboard and packaging market. My responsibilities include guiding teams in the Controlling, Accounting/Tax, FP&A, M&A, Financial, Strategic Planning, Risk, Compliance, Legal and IT areas of the company. At Ibema, I faced challenges such as implementing the ESG agenda and the company's innovation and digital transformation journey, as well as identifying opportunities to increase results, conducting organic and inorganic growth projects, defining compliance policies and internal control processes, also focusing on the search for efficiency gains and cost reduction. I also worked at Unicesumar Group as CFO and at PwC, where I commanded the opening and led their office in Maringá (Paraná - Brazil). Along with my executive career, since 2020 I have served as a board member, contributing to the growth strategy and business management of Buschle & Lepper, an important chemical industry.
