SAS VA is the front-end BI dashboard for presenting cyber-security analytics to analysts for better monitoring of event activity generated from the Security Incident and Event Monitoring (SIEM) system. * Interviewed senior managers to discuss requirements and expected outcomes. * Interviewed security analysts to develop a prioritized list of metrics to create and track. * Developed mock-up of metrics for feedback and clarification from analysts and managers. * Worked with the technical teams to evolve and stabilize data sources for SAS VA. * Managed development of metrics in SAS VA. * Managed troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues. * Technical Environment: SAS Visual Analytics (VA), Linux, MySQL, Excel
