➤ Oversaw the design and construction of the 1.2M square feet, $800 MM + Luxury Retail Shopping Project (The Shops at Hudson Yards) as part of the $20B Dollar Hudson Yards Development Project with 100+ luxury and specialty stores and unique restaurants. ➤ Led and managed a team of consultants and construction managers as the “At Risk” Executive Construction Manager. ➤ Procured, negotiated, and held all trade contracts directly while overseeing management of all construction activities, team execution, financial forecasting, and controls to ensure development parameters and specifications were met.

➤ Co-Managed the preconstruction services while leading a staff of more than 15 professionals to provide wide-ranging services for Turner clients including estimating, budget development, value engineering, market studies and, GMP preparation. ➤ Oversaw the value engineering efforts of projects during the preconstruction phase and worked with clients to make the construction of their projects a reality while leveraging technical resources to attain optimal efficiency. ➤ Established strategic cross-functional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and design team as well as identified and mitigated risks by developing and implementing highly effective action plans with risk control measures. ➤ Forecasted project finances and earnings, evaluated market trends, and analyzed financial reports to develop and implement budgets as well as financial controls throughout the project lifecycle. ➤ Oversaw all aspects of preconstruction activities, including budget development, scope development, bidding and awarding and negotiating contracts. ➤ Directed Lincoln Center Redevelopment project as well as Manhattan West Preconstruction.

➤ Delivered comprehensive project development, project management, and construction management services for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects including managing general contractors and subcontractors. ➤ Directed all aspects of profitability, guaranteed schedule, and project administration for a multiple large scale commercial project. including coordinating pre-construction and construction services. ➤ Developed project estimates, reviewed bids, and oversaw purchasing in collaboration with pre-construction group. ➤ Negotiated project-specific contracts including defining, developing, and awarding individual trade-specific packages as well as developed and managed staffing plans and general conditions. ➤ Directed Lincoln Center Redevelopment project as well as Manhattan West Preconstruction. ➤ Directed construction of the new 40-story $235 MM250 W 55th Boston Properties commercial office tower. ➤ Lead the $250M Lincoln Center Redevelopment Project consisting of 14 individual projects on the 16-acre campus including overseeing construction of the center's Illuminated Lawn, Reflecting Pool, Tree Bosque, and Restaurant. ➤ Acted as primary spokesperson for the company and as lead Client Champion through direct contact with every client/partner and oversaw all project management and field operations activities. ➤ Created and maintained project budgets including delivering GMP’s and provided budget analyses such as cost models and trending and delivered value engineering as well as cost savings.
