Aug.2014 - Joined as a Service Technician with a background in Hospitality, Woodworking and AutoCAD. Sept.2014 - Promoted to Field Service Representative. Proactively scheduled and prioritized daily workloads by forecasting multiple schedules and logistically grouping the tasks. Reopened positive relationships by proactively communicating with Construction Managers rather than reactively. Aug.2015 - Promoted to Field Service Representative Team Lead. Forecasted and scheduled daily tasks for 5 team members. Maintained daily Field Rep OTC meetings. Participated in national project initiative conference calls. Beta tester for IPad integration and utilization. Initiated, researched and delivered Masco's first cloud based file sharing and storage solution to bridge Microsoft and Apple compatibility issues. Developed a detailed operations manual used for immediate expansion into multiple markets nation wide.
