The explosive growth of our Data Center and E-Mobility market segments required my previous role to be split into multiple roles. I will continue to focus on HARTING's 3-5 year growth strategy for our Data Center and E-Mobility market segments by managing key accounts, owning our product roadmap, and representing HARTING in industry organizations. The traditional Energy Markets will have a dedicated resource that is dotted line reporting into me.

This promotion from the ISM role maintains all responsibilities for the profitable growth of our Energy Market revenue to the Data Center, PGTD, E-Mobility, Wind Energy, and Energy Storage sub-segments through managing Key Accounts, leading New Product Introduction, executing marketing initiatives, and coordinating with international colleagues. Additional responsibilities include developing HARTING's business metrics to allow for quantitative analysis of the health of our markets using all available sales data. This analysis is executed exclusively by me, and will be used as a template for all of our target markets both in North America and internationally.
