* Produced widely published photos of breaking news, sport, feature, and cultural stories across the UK and Ireland. * Created and edited photo/video packages on a range of high-profile stories including Brexit, UK General Elections and the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as well as feature stories and interviews. * Developed close working relationships with Media Officers and Public Relations representatives which lead to increased access for EPA photo and video coverage including: Establishing video access to bilateral meetings at 10 Downing Street and lead negotiations with government officials to create unique access for wire agencies to the UK National Health Service (NHS) during the Covid-19 pandemic. * Liaised closely with EPA video and EFE text colleagues ensuring clear communication on the delivery of multimedia packages. * Organised photo and video coverage of wide range events including Pope Francis’s visit to Republic of Ireland, multiple London Fashion Weeks, BAFTA Awards, Brit Award ceremonies. * Edited a number of events including BAFTA Awards and Wimbledon to Champions League soccer matches.

* Created widely published images of breaking news, sport, feature and entertainment stories across UK and Ireland. * Responsible for managing daily/weekly/monthly accreditation’s and schedules for staffers and a nationwide network of stringers. * Created weekly rota for staff photographers and established remote editing procedures. * Produced analytical reports and established new communication channels with EPA Editorial Headquarters and stakeholders. * Monitored Social Media channels for news and relevant images and acquired User Generated Content (UGC). * Organised coverage and edited Rugby World Cup 2015, British Open and BAFTA events.

* Worked on commission covering news, features and entertainment assignments in the United Kingdom and Ireland for a number of clients including Agence France Presse (AFP), European Pressphoto Agency (EPA) and Press Association * Produced images for public relations and corporate clients including American Express, Allianz, Essilor, UNICEF and the European Union

* Worked within a small team of staff photographers providing editorial and creative content for six weekly newspaper editions and a fortnightly magazine covering East Anglia.
