1. Supporting Director in manage project construction work especially in Sweetener Factory EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction). 2. Manage contractors and vendors work on project site.

1. Plan daily operation according to production schedule. 2. Monitor production progress and plan adjustment as needed with PPIC. 3. Monitor KPI and OEE and take action as needed. 4. Organise and plan for repair and installation of equipments according to production plan. 5. Set the internal quality standard and ensure its implementation. 6. Ensure the EHS guideline are followed at all times. 7. Ensure that customer order are completed on time and met quality target. 8. Collect and analyze process data to plan for process improvement together with process engineers. 9. Supervise and motivate production teams. 10. Review Worker performance and identify training needs.

1. Managing and Leading Continuous Improvement Work in Sweetener Plant (Glucose Syrup, Maltodextrine, and, in-future, Fructose) 2. Support Sweetener Department Head in troubleshooting process issue and maintain KPI work. 3. Support Engineering and EHS Department in HAZOP analysis. 4. Support Engineering Department in project commissioning both CAPEX and OPEX project. 5. Support Quality, Purchasing, and PPIC Department in new raw material and new product test.

1. Managing process improvement activities in HMPSA and Water Base adhesive production line. 2. Testing and Commissioning new installed operation units and/or new production line in a project. 3. Testing and Commissioning new product portfolio needed by commercial team with the formula from chemist. 4. Managing and Developing DCS (Distributed Control System) and automation, including process instrument calibration, in production line. 5. Coordinating FMEA within manufacturing team, prepare the report, and coordinating corrective action based on the analysis result. 6. Leading and managing Kaizen Initiatives in manufacturing team for continuous improvement in all areas in facility.

1. Managing process improvement activities at existing production process. 2. Coordinating production department, engineering, and maintenance department in process improvement and troubleshooting at existing production process. 3. Testing and Commissioning new installed operation units and/or new production line in a project. 4. Setting key operating result and key operating conditions for new and improved production process.

1. Involved in process design for Basic and Conceptual Design Package of a new project or process development project. 2. Preparing Mass and Heat Balance of process. 3. Preparing Process Flow Diagram and Process and Instrument Diagram of the process. 4. Determine basic specifications for process equipment such as tanks, pumps, agitators and heat exchangers based on mass and heat balance. 5. Designing chemical unit operation such as filters, ion exchanger columns, reactors, and evaporators. 6. Commissioning new installed operation units in a project. 7. Supporting the conversion of small-scale processes into commercially viable large-scale operation. 8. Collaborating with project procurement to prepare Request for Quotation of new operation unit, negotiate technical specification and selecting suppliers. 9. Collaborating with production/manufacturing team to monitor and review existing process condition to find new improvement opportunities and to do troubleshooting of existing process. 10. Collaborating with Quality Assurance team in Quality Plan, SOP, and best practices document arrangement, 11. Supporting EHS team in HAZOP identification in production process,

1. Learning production process, quality procedures, and business know-how. 2. Participate in daily and monthly strategic production meeting. 3. Give new ideas for process improvement based from field observation.
