I am working on several political projects as activist or project manager. The main project is a civic tech: "La Vraie Primaire" aims at allowing people outside political parties to participate as potential candidates in the French presidential election. > Defining the concept with the shareholders > Coordinating the technical, political and communication part between France, the Czech Republic and California.

* Comenius Heim & Schule is a boarding school for children with intellectual disabilities. * The institution encounters a human, financial and political crisis. My challenges are: * Managing the organisation on a daily basis, introducing a collaborative leadership style. * Managing the crisis in terms of political negotiation and communication. * We finally find an agreement with the state of Carinthia, allowing Comenius Heim & Schule to continue its activities.

* Wurzerhof used to be the organic farm of my grandmother. Nowadays it still is an organic farm where people with disabilities learn a job. And there is also a kindergarten. * As deputy general manager, I am mostly in charge of: * Improving the sports activities (hiking and swimming). * Introducing a new quality management. * Modernizing the corporate communication (corporate identity, web site, blog). * Collaborating with the other institutions for people with disabilities.

* I have a dream: I would like to set up a hiking agency for Germans on the French Riviera. It's only a dream but it gives me a good reason to leave Paris and settle for a while on the French Riviera. I am working part-time as a mountain leader (hiking guide): * Leading hikes in Mercantour National Park with up to 15 clients (children and adults). * Teaching orienteering to teenagers.

* Harry's (purchased later on by Barilla) has just acquired two new plants, an Italian family-owned business near Venice and a joint venture with a Czech group 100 km from Prague. I got hired as international financial controller for: * Integrating the two plants in the group reporting. * Training the local controllers. * But the Czech investment is in trouble. I become general manager of the plant: * Fighting for the interests of the plant and of the 2 shareholders (not just the French). * Solving the commercial and financial issues.

* Packard Bell NEC produces 1 million computers per year. The headquarters are run by the Dutch and the plant by the French. I am in charge of improving the financial communication between the two by: * Setting up new reporting tools at the plant and at the after sales service in France. * Working on the consolidated Group P&L in Holland. * Mediating between the French and the Dutch.

* My military service offers me the opportunity to join the inter-army press officers' department (SIRPA) as its secretary: * Making press reviews and sending press releases. * Participating in a press trip to Sarajevo with the French and the German Defence Ministers.

I find a job as financial manager of the European-Middle-Eastern-African subsidiaries of Mane, one of the world leading companies for fragrances and savory, based on the Riviera since the XIXth century. It is a beautiful company and a challenging job but I have to leave after a couple of months, as the newly created job is finally abandoned.

* Helping a friend to set up his security business as partner and financial manager is a personal challenge as I used to work for much bigger companies so far. I am responsible for: * Setting up all administrative aspects of the company (accounting, pricing, legal, HR). * Managing the customer relation with English speaking clients. * Investing some money into the company to allow its growth.
