I'm a Purchasing Supervisor at PT. Matahari Tire Indonesia, the Indonesian arm of Zhongce Rubber Group (ZC Rubber) one of China's biggest tire manufacturers. My day-to-day sits right in the middle of two worlds: Chinese manufacturing HQ and Indonesian operations on the ground.What I actually do:- Run end to end procurement for tire manufacturing operations- Manage and optimize our warehouse ERP system- Coordinate across production, storage, equipment, and QC teams- Build supplier classification and evaluation frameworks- Handle technical translation between Mandarin and Indonesian (and yes, that includes the messy industrial terms)What I bring to the table:- HSK 4 Mandarin not just from a textbook, but from 2+ years working in a fully Chinese-speaking environment- IELTS 6.5 English- B.Sc. in Big Data from Zhejiang University of Science and Technology- A real feel for both how Chinese HQs think and how Indonesian operations actually run on the groundCurrently exploring:Procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or operations roles especially with Chinese-owned MNCs in Southeast Asia, or international postings in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Mainland China.Open to relocation.
